A composite Performance Index over the eight tests, computed as exact arithmetic against published benchmark tables — recomputable by hand, not a model.
Athlete Passport · Planned
A single portable record of an athlete's sessions, results and consent. Planned, not built — today each athlete's dashboard keeps their own session history.
Performance Analytics
Each test against its benchmark, peer percentile where a peer group exists, and each test charted across sessions. One benchmark table for every sport — there are no sport-specific norms.
Session History
An athlete can record three sessions themselves, and an administrator can raise that. Each test is charted once three are measured the same way. Velocity alerts and projections are planned, not built.
Scouting Dashboard · Planned
A talent filter by sport, age, score range and school, with exportable shortlists. Planned, not built.
Rankings · Planned
Class, school, district and state leaderboards by age group and sex. Planned, not built — nothing ranks athletes today.
A Written Assessment
Strengths, areas to develop and ranked priorities in plain language, assembled by template from the same figures the report shows.
Multi-Role Access
Five roles — pending, trial, athlete, coach and admin — each with scoped permissions. An athlete sees only their own record.
Offline Sync
Record a full session without internet. It sends itself when the device reconnects, and two different values for the same test on one day are flagged rather than one overwriting the other.
DPDP Compliance
Full India Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 compliance with parental consent flows for all minors.
Mobile Support
Optimised for tablets in field conditions. Works on iOS and Android. Low-spec device compatible.
One Benchmark Table
Every sport takes the same eight tests against one age- and sex-specific table. It is method-specific, not a set of Indian national norms, and every band shows the cut-offs it was read against.
Why Grass2Glory
BUILT DIFFERENT.
BUILT FOR INDIA.
Unlike global sports platforms designed for professional teams, Grass2Glory is built ground-up for India's school sports ecosystem — offline-first and low-cost.
Offline-First Architecture
Works in areas with no mobile data. Critical for rural academies.
Age- and Sex-Specific Benchmarks
Each test is read against cut-offs for the athlete's age group — 7–10, 11–14, 15–17 or 18+ — and sex. Method-specific pilot thresholds, not Indian national norms.
DPDP Act Compliance
Full compliance with India's 2023 data protection law, including minor consent flows.
Auditable by Hand
Every band can be recomputed by hand from the cut-offs it was read against. No model sits between the measurement and the score.
Regional Languages · Planned
Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Marathi are planned, not built. The interface is in English today.
No Special Hardware
Runs in the browser on the phones, tablets and laptops a school already has.
